These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Yeldan Legal platform, operated by Yeldan Legal. By creating an account or using Yeldan Legal in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Yeldan Legal

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yeldan Legal. The service is designed for lawyers and legal professionals.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@yeldanlegal.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

3. Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the content and cases you create on Yeldan Legal. As a user, you agree that you:

  • Are responsible for all content you create

  • Are responsible for the people you invite to a case complying with these Terms

  • Grant Yeldan Legal a limited license to host your content for the purpose of operating the platform

  • Retain full ownership of your content

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yeldan Legal to:

  • Post or distribute illegal content

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Distribute spam or unsolicited messages

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create on Yeldan Legal. By posting content, you grant Yeldan Legal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and store your content as necessary to operate the platform. We do not claim ownership over your content.

6. Beta Service

Yeldan Legal is currently in beta. This means:

  • The platform is provided "as is" during the beta period

  • Features may change, be added, or be removed

  • We do not guarantee uptime or service availability during beta

  • We will provide reasonable notice of material changes

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Yeldan Legal at any time. To request deletion of your account or community data, contact us at info@yeldanlegal.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YELDAN LEGAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
